Healthy H2o was founded in 1999 , since then we have placed over 18000 water cooler systems into the Australian market. A large portion of our customers have been referred to us, we now have lots of repeat / return customers . In the last few years Healthy H2o has seen a change in what our customers want from us .   • How long do I soak my new filter for?

    We recommend soaking the filter for at least 2 hours, however they can be soaked for up to 24 hours prior to use. Soaking your filter is easy. Fill your sink or container with enough room temperature tap water to fully submerge the filter. After 2 hours, remove the filter and run tap water through it to remove any excess carbon. The water doesn’t have to run completely clear, as the carbon (black) is completely harmless.

  • How often do I need to change my filter?

    We recommend that you change your filter a minimum of every 6 months. Best of all when you're a Club H2o member we will automatically send you a new filter every 6 months. This removes the need to remember when to change your filters! If you have heavy use, you may need to change your filter more regularly. Extra filters can be purchased for $90.80 each.

  • What happens if my cooler breaks?

    As a ‘Club H2o Water Cooler’ member, your water cooler is ALWAYS covered under warranty, so if we can’t fix it over the phone for you, we will send a replacement out to you.

  • What happens after the minimum term ?

    After a successful membership term


    1. You can continue with your Club H2o water cooler membership, providing full member benefits which are: 

    • Your  membership covers you for your on going filter supply and warranty .
    • You will automatically receive a filter every 6 months
    • You will receive 25% discount off all accessories.
    • REMEMBER after your minimum term let us know if you want to cancel or drop down to the much cheaper filter plan.
    • Cancelling your membership is as easy as texting 0438 458 582 and giving 4 weeks notice.
